Dynamic Instability

Otherwise known as rehabilitative or therapeutic exercise and postural re-training, this therapy is designed specifically for each individual patient to target and improve their own personal postural faults, motor control patterns and muscular imbalances. Prevention is the key to this type of therapy, by stabilizing and strengthening the appropriate muscles as well as improving your the communication between your cortex (brain) and the spinal stabilizing muscles; the objective goal is to minimize the possibility of re-injury.
